Like all of Ladera Ranch, Covenant Hills is part of the award-winning (Capo) Capistrano Unified School District and home to the new Oso Grande Elementary School.

Covenant Hills is served by Oso Grande Elementary School, Ladera Ranch Middle School and Capistrano Valley High School. When the new Capistrano Unified School District school boundaries take effect in fall 2007, Covenant Hills will still be served by the same elementary and middle schools, but will then be served by San Juan Hills High School instead of Capistrano Valley High School.
